Thank you for choosing Sweet Bliss Candy Company! We strive to create delicious treats that you'll love. However, we understand that sometimes things might not go as planned. This policy outlines our refund process for situations where a product arrives damaged or an error occurs on our end.

We do not accept returns for unwanted items.

We will offer a full or partial refund depending on the situation:

  • Damaged Products: If your candy arrives damaged during shipping, please take a clear picture of the damage and email it to us at hello@sweetblisscandycompany.com within 24 hours of receiving the package. We'll work with you to find a solution, such as replacing the damaged item(s) or issuing a full refund.
  • Wrong Product Shipped: If we accidentally send you the wrong product, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it by emailing hello@sweetblisscandycompany.com. We'll gladly send you the correct item or offer a full refund for the mistaken product.

What We Cannot Refund:

  • We cannot offer refunds for unwanted items or those that simply don't meet your expectations.
  • We cannot provide refunds for orders experiencing delays caused by the shipping carrier. These situations are unfortunately out of our control.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee our candy will not melt during shipping, especially during warmer months. While we take precautions such as using ice packs, the extreme heat can sometimes affect the condition of your candy.
